Curry Puff

Ingredients
For pastry
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3Tbsp ghee or butter
1 nos egg, Lightly beaten
½ cup Water

Filling
800gm Minced beef or chicken
6nos potato. Diced
5nos onions .diced
6Tbsp Meat curry powder
4Tbsp chili powder
2Tbsp Worcestershire sauce L&P
2 Tbsp light soy sauce
2 Tbsp Cooking oil
2Cup Water
Salt and pepper To taste

Preparations
Filling
1. Mixed curry powder, chili powder, Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce, add few Tbsp water to form
thick paste
2. Sauté onions with oil in the wok add curry paste mixture cook for few minute until curry powder
break oil, add beef and potato stir well
3. Pour in 2 cup water and let it simmer .seasoned with salt and pepper

Pastry
1. Mixed all the ingredients and knead until it form a dough
2. On floured surface, roll out dough cut into round 3 inch diameter
3. Flatten with rolling pin
4. place filling in the middle of flatten dough, foil into half and sealed the edges
5. Brush with eggs wash
6. Deep fried until golden brown
