New Mastering students… no Course ID Required:

Thank you for choosing MasteringPhysics to access your course materials!

To get started, go to www.masteringphysics.com

1.) Select ‘Student’ under the Registration section


2.) Select ‘In US or Canada’ under the Select Your Location Section
3.) Select ‘No, my course does not require a course ID’ and click Next
4.) Select, ‘Yes, I have an access code’ and click Next *
a. *Note: you should have received a MasteringPhysics access code from
inclusiveaccess@ucdavis.edu
5.) On the License Agreement and Privacy Policy page, select I Accept to continue with
registration
6.) If you have an existing Pearson account, select Yes, and type in your username and
password. If you do not have a Pearson account, or you are not sure, select No or click the
link, Not sure if you have an account, to have a password reset link sent to your email
address
7.) Type or cut/paste your access code into the Access Code section and select Next
8.) Verify your Pearson account information and select Submit to process your registration
9.) On the Confirmation and Summary page, select Login Now to access MasteringPhysics
10.) Select your Physics 9B course materials from the drop-down menu. You are all set!
