Metode RESET JABBER

 Via Jabber Application


1. Pastikan user “Sign Out” dari Aplikasi Jabber

2. (Cara 1) Buka Menu (File – Reset Cisco Jabber)

3. (Cara 2) Klik Button “Reset Jabber” di Aplikasi


4. Klik “Reset” Saat Pop Up Konfirmasi Muncul

5. Login Kembali dengan “User id” dan “Password” Jabber


*NB : Tidak Perlu melakukan konfigurasi “Advanced Settings” pada metode ini

 Delete Cache Windows Jabber

NB : Metode ini digunakan saat ada lebih dari 1 user yang menggunakan Jabber di satu Komputer, Hapus
file Cache Jabber yang tersimpan terlebih dahulu sebelum login dengan user baru.

This will clear the locally cached settings for Jabber, including saved
preferences, profiles, and other cached information. This can be helpful if
multiple people use Jabber on the same computer or one user logs on to Jabber
from multiple machines.

1. Close and exit out of Jabber (if still running)

2. Clear the Local Jabber cache. This data is found in the following two
directories:

Win 7:
%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified
Communications\Jabber
%userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified
Communications\Jabber

Win XP:
%userprofile%\Local Settings\Application Data\Cisco\Unified
Communications\Jabber
 Win 8, 8.1, 10:

o %userprofile%\AppData\Cisco\Unified
Communications\Jabber\CSF\Config\service-location.xml

o %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Cisco\Unified
Communications\Jabber\CSF\History\%Username%

o %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Cisco\Unified
