We use TOO MUCH (uncountable) or TOO MANY (countable) to say that there is/are
more than what we need or want of something.
We use NOT ENOUGH to say that there is/are less than what we need or want of
something.
There areN’T ENOUGH cakes in the shop. They will have to make more.
There isN’T ENOUGH Coca-Cola for the party. You need to buy more.
We also use NOT ENOUGH with adjectives to say that the quality or quantity of
something is not sufficient.
This chair is NOT BIG ENOUGH. I am very tall. (we don’t say NOT ENOUGH BIG)
I have finished my work. I have ENOUGH TIME to go home and make dinner.
I like this bag for the present. It’s BIG ENOUGH to carry all the books.
