Industrial activity plays an important role in overall economic

development of the developing country like India. Industrial Visit is a
part of practical training contained in.B.B.A. course.

B.B.A. is a special course of management, where the management

knowledge is given during the year and which is more related with the
practicability of it in the managerial field.

So, I am very please to get a chance to research on BHAVNA

INDUSTRY and made the report on this industry

 Introduction

As we are quite familiar with fact that industrial visit is must for students of
BBA course. I visited “Bhavna Industry Pvt Ltd” at Gondal Road, Rajkot.

Since 1975 we are manufacturing amusement rides and park and hotel
equipment we always create new ultimate range of children amusement rides.
All rides are enchanting all kids. By its appearance and comes kids favorites.
All rides are make big profit for operator in all over India at park, hotels,
resorts, motel, garden, Fair operated and many public place.

We, at Bhavana Industries, give shape , size and face to the new ideas of our
clients for Amusement Rides and Equipments. To create products from shapelly
ideas, we have the full-fledged studio with men and machines that are latest in
terms of talent and technology.

amongst its counter parts it has pioneered the Children amusement Rides, Parks
& Hotel Equipments and All Types of Fabrication Work and today by the dint
of all round hard work and solid endeavors has achieved for itself converted
place Since 1975. It has taken big strides in the fields of Children amusement
Rides Industry our brand is BHAVNA. It is an Unique and itself shows. The

The expressions industrial relations are used to express the

nature of relationships between the employer and employee in an
industry or an organization. Where willing co-operation emanates from
employees towards the achievement of organizational goals, there is
said to be industrial relations. There are many causes which have led to
poor industrial relations and there are conditions which can generate
goods industrial relations. A correct perspective of the industrial
relations position is possible on an appreciation of the stages of
development through which a country has passed over a period of time
to the present moment.

In Bhavna industry the management and the employees

maintain a good industrial relation. They both understand each other
and there is no incident of any such dissatisfaction or strike.

Time based wages means wages given on regular period which

generally of one month. This wages is known as salary. Piece based wages
means wages give no the basis of work he had done.

As Bhavna Industry is, a small company they sometimes have

more work so they need to hire some person on piece based wages & to other
staff members fixed salary is given.

 Manufacturing Process of The Products

❖ Designs:-

Design is the first stage of manufacturing process. At this stage designs

are to be prepared for the different rides. Designs are the most important thing
for the manufacturing process, because different designs attract and impressed
the children as well peoples.

❖ Specifications:-

After designs is prepared specifications of the rides is to be make. At this

stage they decide to fix different parts of rides at right and proper place. Along
with the fixing part they also prepare the price specification of the particular
ride during the manufacturing process.

❖ Lathe Machine :-
Lathe Machine helps to give perfect shape of the parts of the
rides And their other materials. Lathe machine is a rotating rapidly
along on its axis while giving commands as required

❖ Cutting Machine:-
In cutting machine they cuts the different parts of the particular and
decided rides in their decided shapes and sizes.

❖ Bending Machine:-
Bending machine helps to bend the cutting parts of the rides in their
perfect shape and size as compared to the designs.

 ❖ Welding Machine:-
Welding machine helps to join the different parts of the rides after cutting
and bending them.

❖ Grinding Machine:-
Grinding is a Machining process that takes a very light and
minor cut using abrasive. Each grain of embracive on the wheel
surface cuts a small chip from the work piece. Grinding is used to
finish work pieces that must show high quality surface.

❖ Drilling Machine:-
Drilling machine helps to fix the nails and screws to the parts of the rides
to fix them properly drilling process is necessary and it is also necessary to
maintain safety.

❖ Assembling Process:-
After all the process is completed they assemble all the parts of the rides
and create the complete and finished rides.

❖ Testing Process:-
Testing is most important factor of the manufacturing process. After
assembling is completed they do testing of all the rides to check their safety
and proper fixing.

❖ Painting Process:-
After all the process of assembling and testing is completed they do
painting on the rides to make it impressive and attractive. They also do
different designs and patterns on the rides to make it beautiful.

Bhavna Industry has a good team of employees in the office and

employees are expert in their particular field so that the organization has very
good and talented and experienced employees.

The products produced by Bhavna industry, pass through quality

checking so that organization’s products are qualitative its talented employees
and produces product the contribution of the Bhavna Industruy to the industry is
70% to 80%.

Bhavna Industry have highest product with their rides. There the
company Produces rides. Also the company’s production process is fully
automatic. The following information of product is show that their machinery’s

Distribution channel consists of sets of interdependent organization

involved in the process of sustaining a product or service from the point of
production to the user at the point of consumption.
Hence it can be said that it is the distribution channel which makes the
product available in market for consumption purpose.

Bhavna industry is using the zero level channel of distribution in the

Indian market. Means direct selling from manufacturer to consumer.
Company does not require middle men for its selling. In the case of export of
the products company keep traders of middlemen.

Company has a short channel of distribution so company is directly

connected with customer

Advertising can be defined as, paid communication of goods services,

or ideas by and identified sponsor. It is paid communication because the
advertiser has to pay for the space in time in which his advertisement
appears. Advertising appears in recognized media such as newspapers,
magazines, radio, television, mail, also in internet, etc.

Advertising has become the core of marketing. With the help of

advertising to create the brand image into the market.

Bhavna Industry mostly prefer advertising through Templates,

Magazines, and Internet Advertising.

Sales promotion is an important instrument in marketing to lubricate

two Marketing efforts. Sales promotion is referred to the promotional
activities other.
Than personnel salesmanship, advertising and publicity, which
stimulate consumer purchasing and dealer effectiveness?

The manufacturer may have a good product, reasonable price,

attractive package, etc. he may have good sales effort, but many more things
than orders are to be achieved. The sale of the product has to be promoted
through a number of influences at the place where retailers and prospective
buyers meet face to face i.e. at the point of purchase.

Today sales promotion is necessity and not merely a luxury or fashion

Bhavna Industry should also give their advertising in newspapers

and also in Television. Therefore, they can cover market & attract customers
more easily.
