    Year 1990 I went to Manila looking for a Job that able me to support my family in
    Peñablanca Cagayan. I’m trying to apply a prestigious Company named “Leamsy REALTY” at
    Araneta Avenue, Quezon City and is owned and managed by a certain name VICTORIA
    CHUNG, VICTOR AND MANUEL CHUNG TUNG OH.

    Luckily, I am hired as Laborer with their good company within 3 years, because of my
    good performance (maagap, masipag at laging nag-overtime sa work) my Boss Manuel Chung
    called me to the office with the project Engineer’s in giving me a promotion being Regular
    employee, I was assigned to the Sister Company of LEAMSY REALTY to SANFORD
    CORPORATION located at San Valley Parañaque City.

    I served this company for 11 years during that time, several projects we went on to
    undergo more projects we finish with the assistance of Company Engineers and co-workers. This
    privileges of work I’ve learned so much giving me more strategies with regards of different
    methods of welding experiences as well as conventional late.

    Perhaps of my family seek native of the City I bought a house and lot for living, that was
    1995 and I left my work in Manila. By God’s Grace, Former Vice Governor Edgar O. Legaspi
    looking for a maintenance welder for the Government Infrastructure projects, I am grateful that I
    am hired and my payroll is in Provincial Capitol Masbate Province serving until November
    2008.

    Year 2009 I was informed by my brother in-law that DMCI-INCORPORATED having a


    power plant project here in Tugbo, Mobo, Masbate, I am trying to apply in their good office and
    preparing the requirements needed to. I am thankful because I am hired.
