I do possess a high level of integrity, I am very hard working, self-motivated,

Professional work experience;


Position: Sales Personnel

From: January 2007 To-date.

Key responsibilities:

I work in a bookshop; selling, supplying and distributing Detailed English


Grammar books for primary five to seven where I am responsible for the following
duties;

• I sell and distribute Detailed English Grammar books to bookshops in and


around Kampala and to interested primary schools that place orders.
• I prepare invoices and receipts, Lpos and place orders for the number of
books to be printed,
• I do manage petty cash for the day to day expenses, and reconcile receipts
versus expenses,
• I also participate in sales events at marking centers.
• I negotiate with clients and persuade them to buy from me.

Key achievements:

I have learned to talk to customers, understand them, counting and be


courageous to receive positive and negative feedback.
Position: Customer Service Advisor

From: August 2013 To: September 2017

Key responsibilities:

I worked as a Customer Service Advisor at MTN, mobile money section and high
value customers, where I was responsible for the following duties;

• Answer calls and respond to emails, and handled customer enquiries both
telephonically and by email.
• Provide customers with product and service information,
• Entered new customer information into the system and updated existing
customers,
• Identified and escalated priority issues, follow up on customer queries
where necessary.
• Documented all call information according to standard operating
procedures and produced call reports.

Key achievements:

• I have learned to deal with customers of all kinds of attitude, anger


management, team work, and counting skills.

I worked part-time as a volunteer Administrator at living earth Uganda, where I


was responsible for the following duties;

• I received all office calls and allocated them to various offices,


• I did all the paper work, from typing, printing, photocopying, binding, etc.

• I took down minutes for meetings held at the office.
