The project is entitled as “Personalized Recruitment and resume filtering

system with Active Alert Process” created by using JAVA as front end and
MYSQL server as backend.The main aim of the proposed system is to develop a
web based profile filtering for placement cell and company. The proposed
system is developed to assist the Recruitment System which is suitable for college
and company
Advantages
 Automatic interview service Intimation reduces manual work.
 Easy storing and Retriving .
 Easy report generation.
