Project Goals
The following outcomes are typically achieved from implementation of a realistic, relevant and flexible Strategic Plan
with focus primarily on addressing internal priorities:
Coaching will be focused on the successful implementation and evaluation of the Strategic Plan, resulting in an
overall successful organizational development and change effort. Learning will be identified, documented and shared
on an ongoing basis during the project.
1. One hour coaching sessions with Operations Manager every week for 3 months.
2. Weekly, half-hour coaching sessions with Team Leaders, IT person, QA and Trainer for 90 calendar days.

Breakdown of Expenses
Materials and Expenses to be shouldered by the Call Center owner:
Consultant travel expenses and room accommodation (3 pax ) good for 3 round trips for the whole duration of the
project. Form will be provided whenever round trip is being used.
The total cost for the call center investments will depend on the location and availability of the necessary things
needed. Below is the sample financial statement table as a guide for the investment breakdown.

An excel sheet sample of the rough OP-EX cost will follow once we are starting.
$18 x 60 = $1,080/day
$1,080 x 20 working days = $21,600/Month Potential Income in Dollar
$21,600 x P46 =P 993,600 /Month Potential Income in Peso
After the Project Duration retainer’s fee may apply per month and rate is to be discussed depending on the scope of work.

Consultancy Fee of Php 200, 000.00/ Two Hundred Thousand Pesos (Good for 90 calendar days, covering the call
center set up, train the trainer, initial team training, the infrastructure, the strategic planning, the knowledge and
techniques that you’re going to acquire for your center and the 6 months of online -coaching total of 1-2 hours a
day).
A Down payment of 50% of the total cost upon signing the proposal. Bank deposit or on dated check to:
