Promotion Strategy & Program

Digital Beyond needs an aggressive marketing to be able to


compete with fully established companies with a wider marketing
budget. Therefore, we will conduct a push strategy to gain
customers’ attention and to inform them what we are offering.
Conducting this strategy will help us attract more customers in
considering to try our product. We will be conducting different
promotions like “Dollar menu”, and “Doorbuster” to entice more
customers. These promotions and tactics will be good for a
starting company especially in the Beverage industry where there
are a lot of competitions and alternative selections. For an
unknown or unaccustomed company, we will be needing to have
a strategy to know who our right prospects will be, moreover, we
will be using coupons, paid advertisements, and direct mail
catalogs to disseminate the news of our company.

The reason why we chose push strategy is because one of
the most significant benefits of push marketing is its
straightforward communication to the customers and speedy
generation of desired results. Instead of focusing too much
on branding, it pays particular attention to customers'
immediate response and demand for the new product.
We used those listed above as our possible promotions
because we know that most consumers tend to buy or act as
an impulsive buyer whenever they see promotions offered.
Some will buy them just because it has something for free
even if the item or product is unnecessary.

During the launching of our product we will be implementing free


taste at our chosen location/s where we plan to sell our goods to
ensure our consumers satisfaction when buying our product. The
serving for our free taste would be 5oz. This free taste will surely
entice our consumers decision of buying our product to satisfy
their cravings for healthy beverage.

For our product’s dispersal, we have decided to choose indirect
distribution. A single firm can’t specialize in various categories.
Therefore, our company Digital Beyond would want to focus on
our field of expertise and use outside intermediaries for the other
tasks instead. These intermediaries are individuals such as
distributors, wholesalers and retailers who can help bring our
products from us, the manufacturers to the consumers or our
target market.
This certain type of distribution has a unique edge that can
certainly benefit the company. By performing this, our company
could easily diminish stocks at a quick pace at the same time,
receiving financial gain due to bulk purchases.
Another advantage is that, as manufacturers we will be more
experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to utilizing raw
materials and creating our products. As a result, it will enable our
company to give more attention and bring focus solely to the
manufacturing process itself.
Regarding the place, our company Digital Beyond would want to
distribute our products through businesses who supply and
distribute food to educational institutions. Therefore, giving our
product a distinct place in the market. These distributors will
perform numerous functions that will help our company’s products
make its way to our target market. These functions will be
handled by assigned personnels from the intermediary’s
organization. These distributors are also responsible for the
physical distribution of our products which can increase the
efficiency of the flow of goods.
