    DEED OF DONATION

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

    This Deed of Donation made and executed this 7th day of August
    2019, in ____________________ Philippines, by and between:

    DONOR of legal age, Filipino citizen, and


    resident of 1234 Araw Street, Teresita, Sta. Rosa
    City, hereinafter referred to as the “DONOR”

    - and -

    DONEE, of legal age, Filipino citizen,


    widow, and resident of 77 Matalino Avenue,
    Pandan, Sta. Rosa City, hereinafter referred to as
    the “DONEE”,

    W I T N E S S E T H:

    That the DONOR is the absolute and registered owner of a parcel of


    land consisting of Two Hundred Seven (207) square meters, more or less,
    located in Barrio of Pulungbulu, covered by TCT No. 12345 of the Registry
    of Deeds of Pampanga, and more particularly described as follows:

    “A parcel of land . x x x containing an area


    of TWO HUNDRED SEVEN (207) square meters,
    more or less.x x x.”

    That for and in consideration of the love, liberality and generosity of


    the DONOR upon the DONEE, the DONOR hereby voluntarily GIVES,
    TRANSFERS and CONVEYS by way of DONATION, unto the DONEE the
    above-described property, free from all liens, charges and encumbrances
    whatsoever.

    That the DONOR hereby affirms that this donation is not made with
    intent to defraud her creditors, and that she has reserved in full ownership
    other properties sufficient for her purpose.

    That the DONEE does hereby accept and receive this donation
    made in her favor by the DONOR, and expresses her sincerest
    appreciation for the generosity and liberality shown by the DONOR.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto set their hands
