    1. Renter must be a Homeowner in good standing with the association.
    2. The reserving resident must be present for the entire event.
    3. Reservations will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
    4. The use of videoke and sound system must be until 9pm
    5. Payment must be settle prior to the event.

    CRESCENT KNOLL RESIDENCES ASSOCIATION RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY CHECKLIST:


    1.) Supply your own kitchen utensils and cleaning supplies.
    2.) Clean Clubhouse/Pool after your event:
    √ Sweep the floor
    √ Clean the kitchen counter. Do not leave left over foods.
    √ Remove trash in ALL AREAS of the clubhouse I

    I have read the above policies and responsibilities required to rent the clubhouse.
