This document provides the results of insulation resistance and high voltage tests performed on a 630 KVA transformer and its associated 11kV XLPE cable at the Godda Thermal Power Project in Jharkhand, India. Insulation resistance values were measured before and after an 18kV DC high voltage test and found to be within acceptable ranges. Continuity was confirmed to be intact and the cable was determined to be in good working condition with no remarks noted.
