Executive Summary
This report is completed based on the training & development methods of Jamuna Bank Ltd. The report
tries to identify the overall training & development methods of Jamuna Bank Ltd. The first chapter of the
report covers the significance, objectives and the methodology of the report, the methodology covers the
research type and sources of data and the collection procedure of this data whereby the non-probability
convenience sampling was used. The company’s overview, history, its vision, mission, objectives, core
values, ownership structure etc. are given in the second chapter of the report, it provides an insight about
the overall activities of Jamuna Bank Ltd. The third chapter of this report covers the theoretical aspects
about the training and development. The fourth chapter includes the training and development practices of
the Jamuna Bank Ltd. The analysis part of this report helps to reveal the actual scenario training and
development practices of the Jamuna Bank Ltd. The major findings show that
