MY BEST FRIEND
I have several good friends but I suppose that my best friend she is 0 she
Ellen. We have been friends with each other since we were very young 00
because of she used to live next door to me. We have always been in the 1
same class at school, although she has always been much more cleverer 2
than me. I don’t mind though, because she often helps me with my 3
homework! Anyway, I’ve always been better at sport than she is. I 4
always beat her at tennis and she doesn’t like that. In fact, she hates 5
losing at anything and gets herself very annoyed if she does. That’s the 6
only thing that I don’t like it about her. Otherwise, she has a great sense of 7
humour and she’s always making me to laugh. We get on very well 8
together, although occasionally we’ve had arguments – usually are about 9
silly little things. Ellen and with her family moved to another district 10
last year but I still see her a lot.

Good customer care matters, because keeping existing customers is easier than finding
new ones, and satisfied customers will do a lot of advertising. Most people consider doing
business with a certain company, because of recommendation by a friend or
acquaintance. Dissatisfied customers spread the bad news and undermine a business,
which ultimately threatens everyone's jobs.
If you were the manager of a company, what sort of strategies would you
develop and implement in order to achieve customer satisfaction/delight?
