SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, ARTURO M. MAGNAYE, of legal age, married, Filipino citizen and with residence
address at 24 San Isidro St. Santolan, Pasig, do hereby name, constitute, and appoint
ISAIAH ATHRIENE R. MAGNAYE, my son, of legal age, single, Filipino citizen and with
same residence address as above, to be my true lawful Attorney–in–Fact for me in my
name, place, and stead during the period of time that I am on board a vessel, to do all of
