3) When the power is supplied to the machine, check if DC 10V is supplied to EXC
terminal. If the power is not found or low, the machine should be serviced for
malfunction.
4) If Input Voltage is normal, check if Output Voltage is in the range, DC –10mV ~
+30mV is read on SIG Terminal of Load Cell. If Output Voltage is in the range, Load
Cell is in normal operation.
5) If SIG Terminal’s Output is lower than -10mV or higher than +40mV, have the
power off and disconnect wires connected to Terminal Port of Load Cell, and check
if the resistance of LOAD CELL EXC Terminal is in 350 ohm ~ 400 ohm range and the
resistance of SIG Terminal is in 340 ohm ~ 360 ohm range. If the resistance values
are too high or too low, the Load Cell should receive the service for malfunction.
7-3. The numbers on the display either increase or decrease while LOAD CELL is
not loaded.
1) While LOAD CELL is connected to Terminal Port, short the two terminals of SIG.
If the numbers on the display are not changing, the LOAD CELL is defective and
should receive the service.
2) If the number still increases or decreases, the LOAD CELL should receive the
service for malfunction.
7-4. PASSWORD is lost.
1) PASSWORD is the function to prevent the operation of the LOAD CELL by anyone
except the one in charge of the machine.
2) If the configuration should be changed, entering PASSWORD “121”can make a
forced entry.
