Heavy blizzards hit the States

Snowstorms and blizzards have been blamed for at least 16 deaths across the country. Wisconsin
declared a state of emergency after it was hit by up 48cm of snow earlier in the week. Across the
country, flights have been cancelled, roads closed and power cut off to thousand of people.
Freezing temperatures affected the Multnomah waterfalls in Oregon.
