CONTRACT AGREEMENT LETTER

This agreement is made and entered under the US Department of Labor between Mr. Charles Kushner, an
American citizen and Mr /Mrs/ Miss SARUPPYA SATPATHI with passport number
P9754945 hereby agreed upon the following terms and conditions that the employee will work with
employer in accordance.

After evaluation of your resume, we found you qualified to work with Mr. Charles Kushner Estate, as FACILITY
MANAGER. On the above subject matter, I sincerely congratulate you on your successful emergence in the securing
the position.

JOB COMMENCEMENT/ LOCATION


Your job location is #5th Ave #15L, New York, NY 10103, USA; hence we seek to employ you for the provision
of professional services as stipulated in the following acts in this document. This document embodies the approved
terms for this contract.
SALARY INDICATION
You will be eligible to receive $10,500 (Ten Thousand, Five Hundred United States Dollars Only) monthly/take-home
(after tax) which may be received before 28th of every Month. Funds can be transferred to any Bank designated by
you and this must be in conformity with the present laws of the US. ALLOWANCES/ ENTITLEMENTS
Hazard/Inconveniences, Car Maintenance, Entertainment, Recreation, etc: $2,800 (Monthly) Total Salary:
$13,300 monthly after tax
PAID LEAVE PERIOD/ TRAVEL
All employees entitled to 1 month Paid Leave will receive $3,033 (Monthly) Take home for each leave Period.
Employer shall also take care of employees' travel ticket including that of employees' family (4) only on employee’s
early notification to employer.
REIMBURSEMENTS OF EXPENSES
Expenses made/incurred by the employee related to job before commencement of duties or Expenses made during
Travel Plans, Processing of Travel Particulars etc, will be substantiated with proof and employer shall refund all
expenses to the employee not later than Ten (10) working days after submission of employee’s expense Report and
original copies as proofs of such Expenses. This is in line with the US Expatriate Financial Statutory Laws.

PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT:
a) Uphold ethical standards of integrity and probity;
b) Act objectively and constructively while exercising his duties;
c) Exercise his responsibilities in a bonafide manner in the interest of the employer;
d) Devote sufficient attention to professional obligations for informed and balanced decision making;
e) Not abuse his position to the detriment of the employer or its family or for the purpose of gaining direct or indirect
personal advantage or advantage for any associated person; f) Refrain from any action that would lead to loss of
his independence;
g) You shall observe utmost sincerity in connection with the matters of the Estate.
h) You will not absent yourself from your work without previous notice and sanction thereof, you will report and take
instructions from your employer.

FEEDING & ACCOMODATION


As an employee of the principal, Mr. Charles Kushner, recruited staff is expected to reside at the estate. There is a 4
BED-ROOM apartment available for residing provided by Mr. Charles Kushner which is available for employee and
his/her family members. Also, employees can be expected to eat at the home free of charge, upon choice as there
are dietary options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians.
EDUCATION PACKAGE FOR CHILDREN
As an employee of the principal, there is additional education grant allowance for employee’s children totalling the
number of 4 (four) whereby the education fees are handled by the principal (Mr. Charles Kushner) for the duration
of pre-school till the final term of High School in the community Schools.
MEDICAL EXPENSES
The Principal(Mr. Charles Kushner) will provide the you with comprehensive Health care for the term of contract,
and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for employee and family. Medical care will also
include dental.
WORKING HOURS
(Monday – Saturday) 8am – 12noon, 2pm– 5pm. You are entitled to 2 hour lunch break every day. You may be
required to work beyond the normal working hours to discharge your duties at the sole discretion of the estate.
SAFETY & SECURITY
Safety and Security (Local/Foreign) and Facilities on Job Locations and communities are no small issues, and have
been seriously considered to ensure and assure hitch free operations, all workers are entitled to security men at
their Residential Quarters. All operations on Job Location are designed to adhere strictly to the Health Safety and
Environment (HSE) Policy.
CONFIDENTIALITY
 You shall not disclose to any third party any confidential information obtained during the period of employment
or recruiting process unless expressly authorized by Principal.
 Your obligations to maintain confidentiality and secrecy shall apply after your employment until such time that
the information is no longer confidential or has been made public by the Principal.
 You shall not without prior written consent of the Principal destroy, make copies, duplicate or reproduce in any
form the Principal confidential information.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Recreational/Sports Facilities shall also be made available at the disposal to all expatriates with no expenses to be
incurred. Laundry and Dry Cleaning Service will also be made available to all by the estate’s laundry and dry cleaning
unit.
CONTRACT DURATION:
Your contract is expected to last for a period of 60 Months which is renewable only on satisfactory performance by
the Principal.

SEVERABILITY:
If one or more clauses in this agreement are determined to be unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of the
agreement shall remain in full force and effect. This agreement supersedes in all respects any and all prior oral or
written agreements pertaining to the employment of the employee by The Principal (employer), and shall be
amended or modified only by written instrument signed by both parties hereto.

sign one copy of this letter and return it to me. The other copy is for your records.
