I have spent nearly two decades in manufacturing and operations, covering roles in Production, Technology, Quality, Material Management and overall Plant Management.
Over that time, I have worked for Apollo Tyres, Goodyear and Oriental and have gained additionalconsulting experience working with Kaizen Institute.
I spent my early years with Apollo Tyres with my entry into project execution in green filed project at Baroda, India and then into the Industrial Engineering & Project management positions covering more than one locations.
After serving for 11 years in Apollo Tyres, I moved to Goodyear and got trainings in Six Sigma Black Belt and Lean Leader.
For last two years I was working as a G.M.-Works, heading a plant having 300 employess which is 100% Export Oriented Unit exporting to more than 35 countries.
I am graduate in mechanical engineering, a Six Sigma Black Belt, Trained Lean Leader (6 weeks training in Malaysia by Kaufman & Global) and Kaizen Coach alongwith basic Industrial Engineering & Management experience.
