How do Rizalista groups view José Rizal and other national heroes?

● Rizalista groups see José Rizal as a true man and a true God. That he is the
reincarnation of Jesus Christ That they both sacrifice and died in the hands of
their enemy. And Rizalista groups believed also that José Rizal did not die
physically and materially present in the new jerusalem

And they Think José Rizal is a god of the Filipino people. Among other heroes
José Rizal is like a saint to them that they believed that he is the one who will
comeback in the judgement day that Rizal will save them.

What are the similarities between Jesus Christ and Rizal as seen by the millenarian
groups?

● According to the millenarian Groups José Rizal is the reincarnation of Jesus


Christ because they believed is Jose Rizal and Christ have similarities like they
both die in the hands of their enemy and they are both lived in the asian country,
they both believed in the Golden Rule, cured the sick, believed in the universal
brotherhood of men,closely associated with small group of followers, Both died
young.

Name some influential women in various Rizalista groups and explain their significant
roles in their respective organizations?
● Candida Balantac is the founder of Adarnista or the Iglesiang Pilipina. They
believed that Candida Balantac was an engkantada and claimed that a rainbow
is formed.

Maria Bernarda is the founder of Suprema de la Iglesia de la Ciudad Mística de


Dios, Inc.
They believed that God decided to transfer his kingdom to the philippines and
existed in Mt. Banahaw.
