The term "Rizalista religious movements" lead to a fundamental religion called and a type of Medieval Christianity
accepted by a range of minority catholic groups in Mindanao that believe in the holiness of Dr. Jose P. Rizal, the Filipinos'
official national figure. That most of these groups or evangelical sects assume Rizal is still alive and will liberate his
adherents from injustice and misery. Different Rizalist organizations hold different beliefs about Jose Rizal's greatness.
Others think he is Lord directly, while others say Rizal was God's second child, this same embodiment of Christ. Most of
these organizations consider Rizal to be the deity of which was before the Asian faith. Some regard Rizal solely as a holy
man.
