Estimate of renovation/ makeover work for Sh. JATIN R/o 22/30, First Floor, Moti Nagar
(Above Nirankari Bhawan).
The work meet the following specification:
1. CIVIL WORK
i) Remove/ demolish all unwanted internal walls.
ii) Erection of new walls.
iii) Applying the cement plaster on all walls.
iv) Repair all the enlisting poor/ damage plaster both in the internal and external area.
v) All 4.5” brick walls shall be 1:4 cement sand mortar.
vi) Inside and outside wall plaster (12-15 mm) shall be in 1:4 cement sand mortar.
3. ELECTRICAL WORK
i) To remove and close all existing electricity wires.
ii) To provide all new twisted copper (multi strained) cables in the size of 1.5 mm, 2.5
mm, 4 mm and with the help of PVC conduits. Electricity wires will be provided of
POLYCAB/ HAVELLS or equivalent make.
iii) Provision for inverter line.
iv) Separate circuit to be provided for separate section.
v) Separate power circuit for A.C. & Geyser.
vi) All the switches & sockets would be of modular type of SCHNEIDER / LEGRAND make.
vii) Electrical ceiling fans to be provided in Drawing room and bed room and wall fan in
kitchen. Cost of the fans would be up to Rs.3,500 each.
viii) Silent exhaust fan to be provided in wash room.
ix) A high suction power electrical chimney with motion sensor to be provided in the size
of 2 feet wide.

x) LED down lighter, surface light & LED tube light would be provided as per requirement.
xi) A mini chandelier/ hanging light of good quality would be provided in drawing room.
xii) Copper piping and connection wiring for split A.C. would be provided for indoor and
outdoor unit.
xiii) Water alarm would be provided for overhead tank.
4. FLOORING
i) Flooring would be of ceramic tiles in the size of 2’ x 2’ of KAJARIA make in the Italian
texture & finish.
ii) Tiles flooring would be applied/ done in bedroom, lobby, kitchen & drawing room and
in the temple area.
iii) In the wash room there would be ANTISKID TILES in the size of 1’ x 1’ in the desired
color & design.
5. WOODEN WORK
i) Door frame (Chokhat) would be provided as per requirements of size and place.
ii) The wood used in door frames would be of solid wood (Ivory Coast/ Champ).
iii) The section of door frame would be up to 6” x 2.5”.
iv) 2” wide architrave would be provided on all over the door frame.
v) Door would be of flush door with both side laminate (door skin) finish.
vi) In window double window panels would be provided.
vii) High quality door and window fittings would be provided in Stainless steel.
viii) Mortice lock handle (door) would be provided of LINC/ HARDWIN make up to Rs.1800.
ix) A T.V. unit as per suitable design would be provided in drawing room of good quality of
plywood and laminated finish.
6. KITCHEN
i) The kitchen would be of modular type.
ii) Kitchen counter would be of granite/ Italian stone. The price range of stone would be
up to Rs.300 per square feet.
iii) Partitions below the kitchen counter would be of stones.
iv) All the drawers in the kitchen would be of modern type of stainless steel drawer
basket.
v) The telescopic channel to be provided would be of “soft close” type.
vi) A long unit to be developed as per the space and mutual discussion, within the kitchen.
vii) All the cabinets shutters/ panels would be of high quality of ply-board with all over
laminate finish, i.e., inside as well as outside and backside also.
viii) R.O. system to be covered inside the cabinets.
ix) The entry of kitchen would be enhanced with the help of wooden work & light.
x) The kitchen would be of open type kitchen.
7. WARDROBE
i) A wardrobe would be provided in the bedroom as per the requirement and in the
required design.
ii) A mini cabinet would also be provided in washroom.
iii) A cabinetry platform would be provided in the temple area.
iv) All the cabinets & wardrobes would be of high quality of ply-board and block-board.
v) All the cabinets & wardrobes would be of all over laminated finish as per required
color & design.
vi) A very good quality of hardware (like Tower bolt, Handles, Hinges, etc.) to be used in
wardrobe and cabinets.
9. ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT
Anti-termite process to be done with the help of anti-termite solution on all wooden work.
10. WATER-PROOFING
A proper water proofing to be done at all the drain out points inside the kitchen, washroom
and backside at balcony.
COSTING
Cost of above said specifications is on the lump sum basis.
