    BUDGET JUSTIFICATION
    PERSONNEL:
    Rev. Fr. Solomon Ngos Pacuto is the Principal Investigator of the project. Fr. Pacuto is a
    trained child focused researcher and a member of the Faculty at Muni University. He is an
    educationist, management scholar and a mentee of Rev. Fr. Dr. Picho Epiphany. He has made
    scholarly publications in referenced journals. He is trained and knowledgeable in both
    qualitative and quantitative child focused research. He is currently pursuing a PhD in
    Management at Mbarara University of Science and Technology. He will spend 12 hrs/wk on
    the project.

    The mentor of the project is Rev. Fr. Dr. Picho Epiphany. He holds a PhD in Educational
    Administration, Planning and Management. Picho is a senior management scholar and
    educationist, experienced child focused researcher and trainer. He has expertise working with
    top research and academic institutions in Uganda and other parts of the world. He has over
    thirty publications in referenced journals. He will be responsible for overseeing the entire
    project, especially ensuring that scientific integrity is upheld throughout the project cycle. He
    will spend 8 hrs/wk on the project.

    Other Personnel:
    Oron Sulayi is another member of the team. He is a trained child focused research and a head
    of the Education department at Muni University. He is an educationist and a mentee of Rev.
    Fr. Dr. Picho Epiphany. He has made scholarly publications in referenced journals. He will
    spend 10 hrs/wk on the project.

    The investigation team will be beefed up by Oloya Benson who is a trained child focused
    research and a member of the faculty at Muni University. He is an educationist and a mentee
    of Rev. Fr. Dr. Picho Epiphany. He is currently pursuing a PhD in Chemistry. He will spend 10
    hrs/wk on the project. Finally, the team will have Arop Martin as a member. Arop Martin is a
    trained child focused research and a member of the faculty at Muni University. He is an
    educationist and a mentee of Rev. Fr. Dr. Picho Epiphany. He is currently pursuing a PhD in
    Mathematics at Makerere University. He will spend 10 hrs/wk on the project.

    The team of investigators have complementary and integrated expertise and experience
    working with the subject to successfully achieve the aims proposed.
    SUPPLIES:
    Itemize supplies by category, giving cost and proposed use of the items.
     UGX 800,000 will be needed to purchase stationery to design the instruments of data
    collection
     UGX 200,000 will be required to purchase software for data analysis
     UGX 1,500,000 will be required for internet connectivity
