PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

encouraged and at the same time be aware of the risks in making their own
business in producing their own money. The researchers want to open eyes and
take notice that employment is not the only way of earning, and that working does
not have to be forcing and hard. For the researchers, it is important that one is
already open in considering starting their businesses where they can surely put up
their skills and show their abilities. The researchers also want to find out if this early
being employed right after graduating. Graduates include those in college who will
surely apply too. That is why it will be hard for them and they will just end up
together with others unemployed. So this study aims to answer the questions:

What are the pros and cons of putting up a business at teen age?

3.How will they be able to manage handling their business and other personal
activities?
4. How can they start a business with lack of experience and expertise?
5. What struggles can/will they face during the process of putting their business?

The study focuses about the pros and cons of having a business at young age.
This aims on how the young entrepreneurs can handle their own business. This
will include only 30 respondents from the grade 11 students of ABM strand, to be
specific. The respondents must be at least 13 years old and must not be older than
19 years old. The said study will be made from the month of June to the month of
October. We, there searchers, will conduct this study at University of the East
campus of Caloocan.
This study does not include 12 years old and below and is limited to the age up
to 19. This is because the range of ages is only teenagers, which explains that
there will be no respondents younger than 13 and older than 19 years old. In this
study, the researchers will not include the grade 10 below and grade 12 above, for
the consistency of answers. It will only be within the campus for the confidentiality
between the respondents and the researchers, and also for the accessibility
purposes.
On additional limitations of the study, for the researchers will collect data to the
said respondents, on different persons; therefore the information or data that will
be gathered could be different too. The nature of information the respondents that
will give to the researchers, will be limited based on their own perspectives or
experiences.
