I. Learning Objectives:
At the end of 45 minutes, the Grade 10 students will be able to:

a) define ballet;
b) identify the famous Philippine Ballet Companies;
c) appreciate the importance of opera through presentation; and
d) create a presentation in a form of ballet based on the given concept.

“Picture Analysis”

 The students will be divided into 4 groups.


 Each group will be given a picture that is related to ballet.
 The students will be given 2 minutes to discuss the picture on each group.
 The teacher will be the one to choose a representative to share his/her ;
ideas/opinions about the given picture.

“Group Presentation”

 The students will be divided into 3 or 4 groups.


 Each group will create a presentation in a form of ballet.
 Each group will choose what kind of concept they are going to present.
 These concepts are about love, tragedy and comedy.
 They will be given 7 minutes to prepare.
 The presentation will only last 2-3 minutes only.
