An Introduction
Corpians Animation Program ( CAP) is the program designed to identify, sharpen and
animate the latent skills of Corpians, the students of the Department of Corporate
Its developed from the belief of the department that everyone of its students are
The department has ventured in to this program with a view to horne their talents and
make it presentable in the most desirable form for the employment market.
The main focus is to develop their leadership skills particularly their communication,
The department has a two tier mechanism to carry out the tasks intended under this
program.
There are different clubs created at the department level which carries out various
activities where talents of the corpians are brought out / spotted and training given.

Both of them are third year corpians who were selected on the basis of the leadership
skills displayed by them in the first two years of their stay in the college. The board will
have all the leaders ( Directors) of the various department clubs and leaders and

This Corpians Board will plan, organise and coordinate all the activities of the
department on the advice of the faculties of the department. It also will monitor the
activities of the various teams and help them in case of need to carry out their activities.
The board will recognize teams through monthly awards and publishing the activities
The students of the entire department is divided in to 7 different teams. The board
Each team is headed by a mentor from the third year and an assistant mentor from the
second year.
Six members of third year will be part of the governing body of each team. Ten
students each from first year and second years( totalling 20) will be part of each team.
All competions will be between these seven teams and points will be given for each
team. The best team every month will get the Star mentoring team award based on the

Corpians decided to celebrate the country’s 73 rd Independence day with the underprivilleged, economically disadvantaged students of
the community. The Board directed the Mentoring students to select Educational Institutions where the marginalised sections of the
community study. These teams have to slect the institutions, get permission by themselves, conduct various competitions among the

Various competitions like oratorical, essay writing, drawing competitions were conducted
to bring out the latest talents of the students and some games apart to brighten their faces
were organised. Students shocked the organisers with their enthuastic participation and CORPIA
display of their tremendous talents. In most of the schools, there were no dearth of talents
but there were no space for displaying it. Students were desperate to show their talents and NS FREE
one could recognise the impact these events are creating to boost their confidence level.
Schools acknowledged our initiatives with reciprocating gestures. In most of the schools,

our students were honoured as the chief guests for the Independence day celebrations. The
independence day day parade at the Madrasa had created a huge impact.
