Procedure:
A. Does anyone know what timbre is? Timbre is the specific way a
musical instrument sound. Each instrument has its own unique
quality or tones. So, we’re going to listen to a song that will help us
hear the different tones of instruments.
1. Sing each verse for them and have them sing each verse after while
singing with them.
2. Explain that now we will be adding instruments to help us understand
different sounds.
3. Explain that we will be repeating the second verse three times before
moving on to the final verse. There will be a copy of the lyrics in the
chat if you need to reference them.
4. Have them play the song with drums first, then have them repeat the
second verse with shakers and then with triangles, and then finish the
song with the final verse.
Closure: Does anyone remember what timbre is? What kind of instruments
