    ccording to the Food Safety Preventive Controls Alliance, the FDA has not

    established acceptable threshold limits for allergen residue, nor do they


    require validation of allergen cleaning. However, it is highly recommended that
    manufacturers perform validation to ensure cleaning procedures can
    adequately remove allergen residues. Additionally, sanitation verification
    activities are required, and environmental monitoring activities are highly
    recommended to verify the control of environmental pathogens.

    NM: Bin 401, 403, 404, 405, 406, 408, 451 (also “positive” last month), 452 (also “positive” last month), 453 (also
    “positive” last month)

    Potential INFESTED BINS due to presence (positive) of insect eggs from underbin samples, during filth analysis:

    NM: None

    Potential infested bins are recommended for fumigation (for scheduling).

    Infested underbins are also recommended for vacuum cleaning as soon as possible.
