STANDARDS:
Content: The learners demonstrate understanding the muffin and biscuit. - TLE - HEBP9 - 12PB

Performance: The learners demonstrate in preparing and producing the bakery products
Learning Competencies: The students must be able to know the proper of preparing and
producing the bakery products especially in muffin and biscuit
I. OBJECTIVES:
At the end of the lesson the students must be able to:
A. Define muffin and biscuit
B. Classify the different characteristics of muffin and biscuit
C. Value the importance of muffin and biscuit
II. SUBJECT MATTER:
A. TOPIC: Types, Kinds and Classification of Bakery Products
B. SUBTOPIC: Muffin and Biscuit
C. REFERENCES: Bread and Pastry Production, Pages 28-29
D. MATERIALS: Visual aids, Manila paper, Colored paper.
