Why do we need this program?


Early Engagement (EE) is a program that engages with fresh, young talent giving these millennials an
opportunity to interact and understand the corporate environment and groom themselves even before
they join us. This Virtual Learning Journey is the first step of the EE program that provides a
comprehensive learning journey to equip yourselves for the real time project exposure once you are at
our premises.

• Accumulate maximum points (700) while learning and stand as a differentiator amongst peers
and get on to our premises!

future of work. These videos are tailored in the learning path, empowering you to plan and learn
at your style.
The program also connects you with Subject Matter experts to get the professional guidance on
your queries in the learning journey.
The program continuously evaluates if you are able to apply those self-learnt skills to solve a
business problem. Depicted below are the 3 key learning components, which are distributed
across the learning journey that does the continuous evaluation.

Scoring Logic for Points – Key Components

You have to score a minimum of 70% in each of the key components to gain the points
allocated for the respective component.

There is only 1 attempt given for each component.


Knockout Challenge Prerequisites

Stage 1 Knockout Challenge will be opened up only when all the coding challenges across the
milestones of Stage 1 are completed.
Stage 2 Knockout Challenge will be opened up only when Stage 1 Knockout Challenge and all
the coding challenges across Stage 2 milestones are completed.
It is not mandatory to take up the code challenges/ Quizzes in the sequence as mentioned in
the learning path. However, all the code challenges should be completed to attempt the
Knockout Challenge.

Point Distribution

Look out for points designated to each of the key learning components in the Portal,
throughout the journey (Stages 1 and 2).

At the end of stage 1 and 2, you can gain up to 700 points

Program Completion Criteria

Complete all the mandatory Coding Challenges and Knockout Challenge with benchmark of
70% in both the stages

1. Who can participate in this program?


Students who have enrolled for Mini Internship or Micro Internship or whoever have chosen
to be in Continuous Self Development (CSD) can participate in this program.
2. How to enroll for this program?
Please reach out to your College Placement Help Desk for enrolling to the program. <TBD>
3. Is there any pre-learning I should do?
No. This program is open to all students from any academic discipline.
4. What is the effort I should be spending?
You would need to spend 4 hours/day, for around 8 weeks before joining us.
