    Our Objective and Strategy


    Our goal is to acquire, install and implement a fibre structured cable topology – where we will use high-quality
    Fibre/outdoor network cables to establish a more reliable data transmission and communication system.

    For easier implementation, we also advice that:
     _____________ shall be responsible for providing non-fluctuating 220volt power unit for the equipment and
    also will be assist in providing/erecting any support as may be required for the installation.
     _____________ shall be responsible for providing Thunder Arrester for the factory - which will in essence
    provide protection for the equipment.

    Warranty
    Systemwyse shall be responsible for maintaining and repairing the installed surveillance system (including
    replacement of any malfunctioned hardware) for a period of not less than 1 year (effective on the hand over
    date), thereafter a maintenance agreement shall be established and presented to the _____________
    management for approval if the management so desire.

    Duration
    The project shall be completed within 2 week max, effective when initial project fee is paid or Cheque is
    cleared and all things being equal

    Payment Terms
    We advise 80% before the commencement of the project and the balance of 20% at the completion of the
    project. The cheques should be written in favour of _____________
