WHEREAS, the VENDOR desires to sell the aforesaid vehicle and the
VENDEE is able, willing and ready to purchase the same under the terms and
conditions herein below set forth;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the sum total of


___________ (PHP ___, 000.00), Philippine currency, VAT Inclusive and receipt
hereof is hereby acknowledged by the said VENDOR, the VENDOR hereby
SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY unto the VENDEE, in a manner
absolute and irrevocable the above-described vehicle, free from any and all liens
and encumbrances whatsoever and on an “AS IS WHERE IS BASIS”.

The VENDOR warrants that the Vehicle is free from any liens and
encumbrances and that said VENDEE shall defend the title and rights of the
VENDEE from any claims of whatever kind or nature from third persons.

ACKNOWLEDGMENT

BEFORE ME, this 25th day of July at General Santos City, the principals
came and personally appeared with identification cards below their name, said
identification cards contain the photograph and signature of the affiants, known to

two (2) pages and they acknowledged to me that the same is their own free act and
voluntary deed.
