    2. Narrative Report

    The meeting as usually done started with an opening prayer led by Mrs.
    Ester G. Buquid.

    Our new principal, Sir Ervin C. Reyes called for the first time a faculty
    meeting to introduce himself and to get to know the teachers in Lalakay
    Elementary School. A simple message to everyone was given by him; he
    acknowledged the presence of the teachers who was there to welcome him
    last week as he arrived from Sta. Cruz. He said that just like us, he had been a
    teacher and served the department for nine years.

    The meeting started at 8:30 am and adjourned at exactly 10:30 am.

    3. Sectioning

    In accordance to the problems identified status of the pupils, the principal


    suggested to retain the sections that the former principal had assigned. There are
    two teachers in Kindergarten who are Ms. Cris Ann B. Bondad and Ms. Jessa R.
    Paygane. Ms. Ellen A. Latiza, Mrs. Marilou A. Audine, Mrs. Joenalen M. Padaon and
    Ms. Maria Paz M. Malimutin will still be the grade one teachers. There will be four
    teachers in grade two: Mrs. Raisa A. Casipit, Mrs. Teresita G. Samonte, Ms. Gazette I.
    Nilo and Ms. Cresandra A. Reyes. Grade three teachers will be Mrs. Criselda A.
    Agbay, Mrs. Carlita A.Melendres and Ms. Joesalyn Astillero.

    After which, the principal also assigned the section of the intermediate level
    for this school year. Grade Four teachers are Mrs. Fe G. Huinda and Mr. Nelson T.
    Deangkinay and Mrs. Ester G. Buquid who will handle Science 4 and Epp 4 and 6.
    Grade five teachers Mrs. Arlene M. Aquino, Ms. Taflein G. De Vera and Mr. Joselito H.
    Sumangil who will be teaching MAPEH 5 and 6. Grade six teachers are Mrs. Ilma M.
    Fucio, Mrs. Michelle N. Calalo and. Ms. Maria Joy C. Labay.

    Modular modality will be chosen because of the status of the pupils around
    the community and it is also based on the enrolment information both in print and
    online.

    Donations

    Mr. Reyes told the teachers to keep the donations but record each to
    complete the deed of Donations. Documentation for Brigada Eskwela is also
    needed and assigned the following teachers to do it, Mrs. Ilma M. Fucio, Mrs. Carlita
    A. Melendres and Mr. Nelson T. Deangkinay. Addition to these, LARC will donate
    printer on Monday afternoon and Mr. Sumangil will update the principal on Hon.
    Ruth Hernandez printer donation.

    Other Matters:

    Virtual Graduation will be on July 30, 2020, so advisers of Grade Six


    must request for graduation requirements: Diploma for signature, Form 137 for
    signature, video for graduation.
    He also added about the IPCRF, MOVs should be prepared for
    submission.
