IT’S CRAFT TIME
Activity: Are you planting weeds or flowers?
Material Needed: Colored papers, marker, pencil, crayons, scissors, and glue.
Directions:
1. Draw and cut a pot, seeds, a stem, a weed, and a flower.
2. Think of a situation that makes you happy, sad, angry, nervous, or excited.
3. Write the situation on the pot.
4. Plant the seeds in the pot. The seeds represent your thoughts. Write your thoughts on the seeds.
5. Glue the stem on the pot. The stem represents what you feel on your thoughts. Write your feelings
on the stem.

thoughts and feelings, on the other hand; the flower represents your positive action.
WHAT IS IT?
SHARING TIME
.
Take time to reflect!
Whatever you are today is because of the seeds of yesterday. It is also the same with, how you act or
how you behave is because of the thought that you’ve planted in your brain. It’s in you, if you want to grow and
reap a weed or a flower.
