    Dear Mr. Kishore / Jitesh Doshi,

    Apropos of the talks we had this morning, I am pleased to forward following information and also a
    few paper samples. Please let us know if you have a suitable pouch-making machine which can
    meet our requirement.

    - Pouch size required : 100 x 30 gusset x 150 mm Height.


    : 120 x 180 mm Pouch without Gusset
    : 300 x 80 gusset x 460 mm Height
    : 300 x 480 without gusset

    - Paper Qualities that we will be using :


    : Normal Kraft Paper 100 to 200 GSM
    : Sack Kraft Paper / Sack White paper
    : Special Paper Grade (Our sample ‘A’)
    : Multilayer paper (Our sample ‘B’)
    : Duplex Board 180 to 250 GSM (both sides lamination).

    - We will use above papers having the following finishing options


    a) : Plain
    b) : With Inside Lamination of Heat Sealable Film
    c) : With Inside Lamination of Heat Sealable Film WITH
    Outside BOPP Lamination for High Gloss
    d) : Rolls with Multicolour Rotogravure Printing PLUS
    Only Inside OR Both sides lamination.

    We mainly require excellent sealability and Sealing Strength, to Pack material likedry material
    in powder or granular form up from 100 gm to10 Kg Kg capacity. (Of course, we will use
    different Raw Materials for 100gm and 10 Kg Pouches.) If we have papers laminated with
    heat sealable lamination film, could you provide a HEAT SEALING facility in your machine
    with some modifications.
