Site Walk Observations 1. Monsoon protection to all portable electrical boards equipped with shed protection ongoing
2. Waste disposal plan nose masks disposed in designated waste bins to be disposed off
3. No electrical cable joint allowed & shall not pass through any good conductor material
4. Any material which is coming to site must be disinfected prior to bring it inside the premises
5. Securing DG Set Shed with G.I. sheet fixed with clamps for monsoon protection

CIVIL Pre-Monsoon Preparation & Protection - Technical Queries discussed & noted
1. All exposed rebar need to protect from rain water / additional Painting can apply on exposed rebar? – We can apply a coat of cement slurry on exposed reinforcement as protection from rain water.
For additional protective painting on exposed rebar surface we can discuss with Mr. Haren Shroff.
2. All structure grouting need to complete/Protect from rain water – Since all erected columns & tie beams are still to be levelled & aligned at main plant new building, we cannot grout the base of columns.
However we can grout the erected columns bases at ACH liquid area for balance ones before monsoon. Also the embedded nut & bolt is as per designed approved make & grade of treated alloy steel with high
temperature & high pressure strength requirements.
3. Any painting required to Structure ? for Monsoon Protection- As erected structural members are already treated through blasting, primer & one coat paint, enough protection for monsoon. If any surfaces
observed for peel paint, we can remove the peeling paint, clean & touch up the surfaces again with required primer & paint applications later on as monsoon will over.
4. Open Pit near ACH liquid area-Rain water will accumulate on that chamber – Lift pits near ACH liquid area are RCC wall structure with no leakages from inside & outside. Rain water accumulating can
be dewatered at any time when required. Other small trenches made for proposed drains inside the plinth areas can be temporarily backfilled to avoid accumulation of rainwater inside these trenches.
5. Existing Warehouse temporary roof protection from rainwater leakages – Required agreed & approved scheme with SWMS for execution.
