2 User Account Creation: User needs to enter the following information:
• Name • Email • Address • ZIP code • City • State • Country • Phone Number • Password
An OTP will be sent to the registered email address. Submit the OTP to create user account.

After sign in it will redirect to Dashboard:
6 In the Dashboard there are 4 widget section Chart, Order book, Report and Trade.
Chart:chart widget will be displayed on the left-hand side top. Here users can check trade records of one day, one week, one month, last 3 months, last 6 months and one year as well.
Order book:order book will be displayed on the right-hand side top. There are 3 sectionssome of the best sell offers will be available in top with red color, some of the best buy offers will be available with button with green color and right side of the order book displaying current 50 trades happened in market from last 24hours will reflect.
Report:In report widget there are 3 sections.
a. My Trade: displaying all trade by that user (all, buy and sale) with Date – Time, Asset, Base, Volume, Price, Buy/Sell columns. b. My Offer: displaying all offers available in market for that particular user will reflect with Time, Offer Id, Amount, Price, Total Value, Buy/Sell, Edit, and Delete. c. Stop Limit: displaying Buy or Sell status of that particular stop- limit offer for that particular user will reflect with Time, Offer Id, Amount, Stop- Limit Price, Trigger Price, Buy/Sell, Edit, Delete.
Trade: trade will display on the right-hand side bottom with column Market, Limit and Stop-Limit. And balance of the selected asset pair will also display individually.
MARKET: Users can trade buy and sell offer in market section.
• Enter Amount • Price automatically calculates depending upon sell offer.
7 • Click on Buy button
LIMIT: Users can place buy and sell offers.
• Enter Amount • Enter Price • Click on buy button to place buy offer.
8 STOP-LIMIT: Users can set offer range depending upon market price for buy or sell trading.
Buy offer place
Market price should be less than trigger price & trigger price should be less than stop limit price.
Sell offer place
Market price should be greater than trigger price & trigger price should be greater than stop limit price.
Profile Details: Check users profile details also check the balance in this section.
9 Bank Details: Required details-
• Account Holder's Name
• Bank Name • Account Number • IBAN Number
Note-
• Account Holder's name should match name provided while signing up
• Deposits/withdrawals are only available for US bank accounts.
10 Identity Verification: Identity Verification details- • Profile photo Click a photo without wearing any hats, masks or glasses. • Kindly hold your ID Proof and Address Proof Document and a sheet of Paper with the Text - 'Only for trading crypto currencies on Francexchange’ Ensure all documents are clearly visible in photo. • Address proof Utility Bill or Bank Account Statement from the last 3 months. Please do not submit Credit card bill. • ID proof front Only government issued documents such as Driver's license, Identity Cards, etc. are applicable. • ID Proof Back Only government issued documents such as Driver's license, Identity Cards, etc. are applicable.
11 Deposit Funds: User can deposit funds in this section; maximum of 100000USD and maximum of 500000INR can be deposited. Users can check their invoice also in this section.
12 Withdraw Funds:
• Minimum of 1000 USD and Maximum 100000 USD can be withdrawal.
• Minimum of 5000 INR and Maximum 500000 USD can be withdrawal. • 5% Transaction charge is applicable.
My Wallet: In My Wallet section user can check their Assets balance and also wallet transaction history.
There is also below buttons:
• SEND Button: Open pop up for sending amount.
• RECEIVE Button:Generated the receive address.
13 User can send amount through Wallet to Wallet with their register ph number.
Step-1 click on send button which currency to send
Step-2 put the register ph number to whom to send
Step- 3 Enter the sending amount then click on submit button.
14 There is another option to send amount through other Wallet with receiving address.
Step-1 click on send button which currency to send
Step-2 put the receiving address to whom to send
Step- 3 Enter the sending amount then click on submit button.
15 History: Monitor the transaction history for all asset in last week/ month
16 Reports: Report shows the transaction history like buy, cell, send, received,load, withdraw etc. Report contains bellow those point • DAILY TRANSACTION SUMMERY • TRADE HISTORY • PORTFOLIO SUMMERY • WALLET TRANSACTION SUMMERY • TRANSECTION CHARGE SUMMERY • GAIN & LOSS STATEMENT • CLINT OPEN POSITION REPORT
17 By clicking on Export csv button, downloads excel files respect to the types of report. Types of report are given above.
Settings: • Google 2 Factor Authorization to change the password
18 • Users need to install and open Google Authenticator mobile app. Scan QR code for OTP enter the OTP then submit to on the 2factor.
