    AFFIDAVIT OF NO RENTAL

    I, GRACE M. BARNIDO, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of


    Poblacion, Samboan, Cebu, Philippines, after having been sworn to accordance
    with law, hereby depose and state:

    1. That I am the owner of G & J Event Catering Services and I conduct my


    business at Poblacion, Samboan;

    2. That my aunt owns the property where my business is located. As


    such, she does not require me to pay rent for the use of the property;

    3. That in view of my aunt’s generous accommodation, I am not paying


    any rental fee for the use of her property for commercial purposes;

    4. That I execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts
    and for whatever purpose it may serve.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand this 21 st day of


    October 2019 at Cebu City, Philippines.

    SUBSCRIBED AND SWORN TO BEFORE ME, a notary public in and for City
    of Cebu this 21st day of October 2019. Affiant personally came and appeared with Capitol
    ID issued by the LGU Cebu Capitol, bearing his photograph and signature, known to me
    as the same person who personally signed the foregoing instrument before me and
    avowed under penalty of law to the whole truth of the contents of said instrument.
