How resilient are you?

For each of the following 12 questions, rate yourself on the scale between 1 and 5, where 1 =
strongly disagree and 5 = strongly agree. When you’ve submitted your responses, you’ll see a
summary of your results along with feedback from Sophie, your Lead Educator.

This exercise is for your personal development only and your answers will not be shared with other
learners. Remember to be as honest as you can be. This will help you to understand the specific
areas in which you could develop more resilience.
