    1. Why festivals are celebrated in the Philippines?


    Festivals are celebrated in the Philippines because it is form of thanks
    giving for the bountiful harvest, tribute for indigenous people and
    maintaining our traditions and culture. And also we Filipinos celebrated
    Festivals because of our beliefs.

    2. Describe the festival dance in the Philippines?


    The festival dance in the Philippines is full of energy, passion and
    happiness. It shows how much Filipinos values our culture, beliefs,
    tradition and giving thanks for the blessing that we received in our daily
    lives. And it shows respect in different beliefs, culture, tradition and
    tribes in our country.
    Baro’t Saya, a traditional Filipiniana dress that can be worn in every Filipino
    Festivals.
