PAYMENTS:
1. All Payment must be made by bank transfer to the account designated by the Organizer.
2. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total sponsorship amount will be invoiced upon
receipt of the completed Form, and must be paid within 7 (seven) days after the date of the
Invoice.
3. The remaining balance of 80% of the total sponsorship amount must be settled at the latest
30 April 2021
CANCELLATION:
1. Cancellations and changes to the original booking must be made in writing to the Committee
cq. the 3rd IEECCE 2021 Secretariat and be sent by email to
tiara.hasibuan@damiatiga.com cc : ieecce.2021@gmail.com
2. On Cancellation notified in writing before 30 April 2021, the Organizer will reimburse 50% of
the remaining payment received as referred to the Item # 3 of the PAYMENTS Condition.
3. On Cancellation notified after 30 April 2021, there will be no reimbursement of the amounts
paid.
OTHER CONDITIONS
1. Acceptance of a Sponsorship will be confirmed by the Organizer by email upon receipt of the
Sponsorship Application and Contract.
2. The organizer shall not accept any responsibility for problems or disputes caused by the late
deliveries of materials/information to be installed on the Virtual Booth beyond the allowed dates,
and neither the Organizer guarantees for the inclusion of materials/information on the Virtual
Booth which have not been received within the time allowed.

3. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Event caused by force majeure
events including but not limited to earthquake, flood, fire, social, political unrest or other
emergency situations that occur beyond the control of the Organizing Committee of 3rd
IEECCE 2021
4. In the event that the Event are cancelled due to the reasons above, the Organizing Committee
will reimburse the sponsorship amount after deducting the expenditures occurred which shall
not exceed 50% of the amount received minus non-refundable deposit.
1. This Virtual Exhibition will be open and accessible to visitors on June 14-16 2021, but may be
extendable during the entire week. There will be a 1-2 weeks Trial Mode before the opening
date of the Event
2. The Virtual Exhibition will be accessible at www.ieecce.com ( see the available Menu)
3. All communication/enquiries about the Exhibition must be directed in writing to the
Committee Member in charge of the Virtual Exhibition, and sent it by WA number/Email
address stated on the this Document
4. Our Staff will respond to your enquiries or replies to it within 24 hours
THE TECHNICAL ASPECTS YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT PARTICIPATING IN THEE VIRTUAL
EXHIBITION
1. Sets of Information/Files to be installed at the Virtual Booth and the Features to be embedded
on it, which will enable access by visitors to the exposed information, must be submitted to
the Committee at the latest April 30, 2021.
2. The Preparations needed to produce the complete Virtual Exhibition will need 4-6 weeks to
process. Once the process has been completed, all the exhibition features have been put in
place, and is officially approved in writing by the Exhibitor, it will be considered FINAL.
3. To avoid mistakes or problems during the process, our Staff will guide you in the process of
submitting the information/file to Exhibit.
