    T-shirt
    -The pursue of the T-shirt is for advertisement of the university and for photo
    programs in bardar trip and before the trip too

    ID Badges and Banners


    Id badges and at least 8 banners during the visiting and during class time and for
    graduation, we will have 6 small banners for each group and two big banner for
    the graduation and trip program

    2- Girls can code Bhairdar tour schedule and
    budget
    - Purpose of travel
    The purpose of travel is to grasp experience on Technology sites
    - The travel Depart From Gondar to bhairdar for one day trip using Gondar
    university of Gondar transport
    - The trip destinations will be ICT enquvitor, TANA mobile and Amhra mass
    media agency factory
    - The craw for the travel will be at least for 50 person
    - 37 GCC Students
    - 13 GCC Teachers and coordinators
    Accommodations:

    - The trip will include lunch and breakfast and trip cost also water and other
    on the trip.

    Breakfast
    The breakfast will include
    - Packed cakes and packed juice after start 30 min start the journey
    - Fast foods when we reach to Baridar and before start the visiting
    - At least 3 packed water for each person in a day
    Lunch
    - After visiting ICT enquvitor and Amhara mass media agency in the morning
    session we will have lunch in one standard hotel we have estimate the cost
    will be up to 200 for person if it is “bufae”

    - The lunch will include coffe,tea and soft drinks

    - After lunch we will visit Tana Mobile and we will start the joinery back to
    Gondar

    3- Gradation Hall Preparation and Ceremony

    Girls can code Graduation ceremony budget


    -in the Graduation ceremony we will have at least 110 attendants
    - Students and one family member 70
    - GCC Coordinators at least 20 person
    - Guest from UoG and outside UOG, and Medias at least 20

    This will include starting from décor the hall, Gradation Banners, Stage
    coordinator and music with DJ
    The ceremony will include traditional coffee ceremony and packed water for all
    Award
    The award will include different electronic media like flash, Hard Disk, Laptop for
    the award we have different categories Project winning Team , Top 3 Best
    Outstanding Students , Best Future award ….
    Dinner or Lunch
    For the graduation attendant to invite Dinner or lunch at one quality hotel in
    Gondar
    If we get ‘bufe’ at price of 300 and we expect at least 110 attendances
