    Main Hazards Preventative Measures


    yy Fire, explosion, burns, electric yy Operatives are trained and fully competent to carry

    yy Asphyxiation from carbon yy Tools visually inspected prior to use

    Sequence of Operations for Task


    yy Visit site, book in and gather information yy Carry out work to install the boiler as per
    appertaining to work to be completed and the appliance installation and service
    position of appliance to be worked on. What specifications
    the fire procedures are for the site yy Procedures are to be done in conjunction
    yy Prior to commencement of work ensure all with the Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Act
    aspects of pre install are in accordance to 1998 and subsequent amendments, OFTEC
