COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Basic concepts, principles, general ideas of science, culture, and personality both disciplinary and interdisciplinary as well as multidisciplinary are
essential in the understanding of human behavior and personnel management
Types of Research: Each discipline is expected to have a research in problem solving, modular studies, and apply the technical, analytical
processes that are investigative and leading to the discovery of ideas.
At the end of the course, students are expected to acquire necessary knowledge and skills critical to
efficient performance of roles and responsibilities as graduate school students. Specifically, the
objectives are:

1. To provide students with the necessary inputs and trends in human behavior and personnel
management, knowledge, and skills required to understand and relate the subject in drafting
research and assess published research in line with the area of specialty
2. To identify and distinguish the different personality behaviors in an individual and appreciate CO 2: (PO1 PO2 PO3 PO4 PO5)
the importance of proper channeling of communication within the organization
3. To develop research questions that are based on the value of human relation and morale in CO 3: (PO1 PO2 PO3 PO4 PO5)
business organization and build upon a critical appraisal of existing research; and
4. To design a personnel management research proposal. CO 4: (PO1 PO2 PO3 PO4 PO5)
