    SCOPE OF WORK UNDER OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE:

    1. Manpower for operation & routine maintenance round the clock.


    2. Regular record keeping & log maintenance
    3. Routine & expert visits as per requirement
    4. Checking of oil and grease of pumps and air blower of STP.
    5. Required chemicals or consumable (like dap, urea, EM culture, chlorine, etc.) for better performance of STP.
    6. Tools & tackles for minor repairs of STP.
    7. Cleaning and maintaining hygienic condition in plant room
    8. Required stationery & safety equipment for maintaining STP
    9. All kind of minor repairs work including on motors, pumps, blowers and all related equipment of STP system

    Exclusion:

    1. Laboratory test of treated water


    2. Storages space for Consumables of STP.
    3. Pipe line leakage outside of plant room.
    4. Replacement of media of MGF & ACF
    5. Replacement of any major damaged part of ETP and STP
    6. Cleaning of all tanks
    7. Disposal of dry sludge
    8. Any other item not specifically mentioned in Inclusions

    ABNORMAL USAGE/MISUSE/UNAUTHORIZED ATTENDANCE:

    1. Failure of equipment due to supply voltage beyond permitted range, phase imbalance, single phasing, phase
    reversal or fluctuating voltage or defects in your electrical installation.
    2. Misuse or usage other than the system is originally designed for.
    3. Excess sludge from building is originally designed for.
    4. Damage to equipment due to any natural calamity or accident.
