1. COURSE OBJECTIVE
This course is to acquaint the learners with the understanding of Performance
Management system in organisations.
2. COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course illustrates the role of performance management in attaining the strategic
objectives of the organization in different business environments. It focuses on the skills,
competencies and approaches to performance measurement. It also demonstrates the learners
on how to implement a complete performance management system by using different tools
and techniques with the predetermined standards.

At the end of the course, a student will:

Learn the performance management process and system.
