dismissed or laid-off even before the expiration of the period herein agreed upon, without
any obligation on the part of the employee.
4. The company reserves the right to transfer and shift the employee from one position or
section to another within the establishment.
5. That should the temporary employee absent himself/ herself for three (3) consecutive days
without prior notice or permission from the employer, the employee should be considered
to have voluntarily abandoned his employment and the contract for the temporary
employment shall be deemed.
6. That the temporary employee shall faithfully abide by all the terms and conditions of
employment and all the policies, rules and regulations set forth by the company that being
assigned to the employee.
7. This contract shall cease to be valid on the expiration date, that is ______________________________
