    I have the honor to request permission to conduct GAD TEAM BUILDING with
    the theme, “Teamwork: Builds Strong and Good Relationship” to be held on December 21,
    2015 at Avelino Resort,Basista, Pangasinan. The participants are inclusive among seventeen ( 17
    ) teaching staff, one ( 1 ) administrative aide and one ( 1 ) principal.
    The said undertaking aims to promote the following:
    a. Cooperation and strong participation
    b. Interpersonal relationships between and among teaching and non-teaching
    personnel
    c. Equality and integrity
    The undersigned further request that GAD budget from the MOOE will be
    utilized to finance transportation, entrance and function hall expenses.
