    II. Business Arising:


    1. E-SIP Terminal Report for School Year 2019 - 2022
     Sir Ralp D. Liboon presented the content of the school’s E-SIP Terminal Report
    to the participating stakeholders. He also emphasized that the a number of PIA’s
    was not implemented because of the challenges that rose because of the relocation
    of the school in the evacuation center. However, in terms of KPIs, that school was
    able increase the indicators within 3 years of SIP implementation.
    2. E-SIP School Planning Team
     Mam Mary Jane C. Amoncio presented the members of the School Planning
    Team (SPT) to wit;

    MAMERIA A. BUGOY - BLGU EdCom Chairman
    VIRGINIA L. PAMUGAS - PTA President
    MARY JANE C. AMONCIO - Teachers Association Pres.

    ROWENA S. CADUYAC - Child Protection
    KEEPHER L. PAMUGAS - SPG President

    3. E-SIP Refresher for SPT


     Sir Ralp D. Liboon facilitated the conduct of refresher and discussed the topics for
    E-SIP Crafting to which includes. a.) What is E-SIP? b.) Purpose of E-SIP c.)
    Content of E-SIP d.) Responsible person in crafting the E-SIP
     Sir Ralp also included the timeline and schedule of activities in relation to the
    crafting of E-SIP

    4. Vision Sharing
     The SPT was grouped into 2 for a focused group discussion and was facilitated by
    two teachers as group leaders. 1 team was led by Mam Rowena S. Caduyac and
    the other was led by Mam Mary Jane C. Amoncio.
     Each group focused their discussion on these following questions.
    a. We dream of Filipinos who passionately love their country and whose values
    and competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute
    meaningfully to building the nation.
    “What does this mean for us? What are our own dreams for the children of our
    school?How do our dreams relate to DepEd’s Vision?”
    b. As a learner-centered public institution, The Department of Education
    continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.
    “What does being ‘learner-centered’ and ‘continuously improving’ mean for
    us?”
    c. For DepEd Mission
    “How can we contribute to this? What is the role of each one?”
    d. For DepEd Core Values
    i. What values do we possess that support the core values?
    ii. How should we be (what should our thoughts and actions be) so we can
    demonstrate these core values?
    iii. How will these values help us fulfill the vision and mission?”
     Each group presented their answers through their assigned reporter.

    5. Acceptance of Challenges and Responsibilities of SPT


     Pastora Grace A. Abatayo gave a speech as representative of members of the
    SPT on their acceptance of the challenge and responsibilities in working together
    with the school in crafting the Enhanced School Improvement Plan.
     She also expressed her gratitude of being privilege and honor in working with
    the school as she knows that everything we are doing is for their children and
    above all for the glory of God.

    III. Adjournment:
    The meeting adjourned at 12:35 PM.
